This hotel really cut throat. Last time say no $20 room, give me a room with windows i think on the 4th or 5th floor, so i think ok for the $30.
This time, give me a small room without windows on the 2nd floor, and obviously for short time session, and still charge me $30..

Then what is the $20 room??? Some more no supply of mineral water..
