why are you afraid? You loved, that does not mean the other person loved you the same way you loved her. True love, does not expect return, delights in giving. There is also a phase that you need to go through. The ugly phase, where you will wake up to a monster, where you will discover imperfections, where the person will have character flaws, and you will fight, you will hate the person, and then after that you will decide if you can live with the person inspite of these flaws, because its these flaws that make the person unique.

True be told, you will never be able to give 100%, it will be good if you can give at least 20% of yourself to the other person. There is only One that can give 100% and live to say He can, and you are not that person. What you cannot come to terms with, is rejection. That she left you anyway.

Don't waste time dwelling in bitterness of rejection, but relish in the happy moments that the person bring to you while you are together. Live your life, as if it is your last, have no regrets because whether its your fb, your gf, you wife , irregardless of the status, there is a chance, she will not wake up tomorrow, and today will be the last day you see her. and if she is gone, if you love her, wish her well, pray that someone else is taking care of her, and if ever she needs help, you know you will help her and have no bitterness for her.
