Probably depressed with high expectations - worry too much. Porn arousal level high (very sexy/beautiful girls) compared with GF/WLs etc. PCC very high friction compared to normal sex. Should not be ED - since DD very hard in morning. DSC more for HIV/STIs. Try to relax and exercise more - should be OK. Actually if you are on nitrates there is no need to take Ciallis or Viagra.
I know some heart attack victims who are medication will take their GTN tablets when they want to have sex. It is supposed to be taken when they encounter chest pains but these guys have discovered that GTN taken on a normal day will give them the effects of Viagra.
