Go DSC clinic at Kelantan Lane, they are open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, but 12pm to 1pm is closed for lunch-time..... Try to go there as early as possible, probably even waiting outside the clinic before 8am, as if u reach by 8.10am, u may end up with a 10-plus queue number or even more, due to appointment made by patient earlier...... U can do whatever test there as long as due to sex-related issues, from AIDS/HIV to STDs to other skin-related problems, they will test for u to see if u get any sex disease or not.....

For HIV testing, take the blood test ($8.50 after subsidiy), cheaper than using the oral-swap test ($21 or $22 after subsidy).... N do take up other STD related test too...... But the other test a bit expensive..... So total cost, for 1st time patient at DSC clinic, prepare to spend $15-$25 for
registeration, $8 for nurse consultation, $18 for doctor consultation, $8.50 for HIV blood testing, around $50 for all the other STD-related test for Syphills, Gonorehha and Chyldmia etc......

U will be able to know your HIV blood-testing result in less than 30 mins time after you done your blood test...... N the other STD test is through urine testing and u have to wait up till 3 weeks for your result..... If u r unlucky, they will call u within 1 week to ask u to return for test n check-up etc...... N if u r clean, then they will sms u to inform you the result......

Hope my information may help u a bit...... Lastly, be responsible enough for your actions when u r out having paid sex or ONS....... Anyway, if u so damn unlucky n got HIV, I think SAF will immediately release u for ORD coz they do not wish to spend additional resources to maintain your health etc...... N your CO to OC to your other officers will be so afraid of u, coz they afraid that u will bite them n transmit the disease to them..... Just my 2-cents worth comment

i m going to buy the self-test kit from http://aidstesterkit.com/instructions/ to test at home myself first, as DSC and other major clinic are closed on sunday, i m free on sunday only, if really positive then i will go for further checks, btw is the self test kit reliable?

well even if u are positive there is a window period of up to 6 mths...so even if u test negative now, there is still a possibility u are within the window period.

the kidney pain could be something else. an infection perhaps. dont jump to conclusions and just get it checked out. go to a clinic and tell them ur having kidney pains. they'll probably get a urine sample.

First of all, what u shld be worry about is ur health rather than going into DB or not.
During my army time when a soldier was tested positive, he would be recommended Pes F immediately and referred to the camp at yishun (u know where la) to consult the MO, which cases are HIV/AIDS only (poor MO).
So, stop wondering whether will u be going DB or not, fear for whether how long can u see the clear blue sky.
