I have different views... let say if you feel the urge now at home, want to save $$$, hate travel, PCC will be the wise choice, likewise during work or outside activities. For example during my NS, when i'm on duty at night, i PCC to fresh up myself. But if you have time, the money to spare, maybe you can head down for PRC, the choice is yours.

PCC: Save money, don't have to travel, can prevent chances of getting aids.
PRC: Someone to talk with, feel the real things, get service instead of self-service.
