not sure how TS is feeling now since I had posted so many negatives comments from the past posts in another thread which we had discussed previously..

your mother is quite correct....you just finished NS...you have not established a career yet...in fact you have nothing yet...except your future...

ask yourself...how long can this relationship last...my advice is for any relationship to work...you need to know each other for at least 2 years...which means you need to fly there monthly to meet her and go dating...do you have the time and $$$ to fly there frequently to get to know each other better...you need to see long term view and not short term...have you thought of the following questions or problems you going to face...

1. do you enough money for frequent travelling to Vietnam
2. if she is a WL have any of your closed friends bonked her before...and how are you going to face if your friends told you he upped her before...
3. how about a new friend told you she is one of her regular and now she is your gf/wife
4. Singapore women charter apply if any divorce proceedings...
5. if you want to marry foreigner wife then be prepared to go many trips to ICA...apply LTVP, PR, Citizens...may involved alot of painful and hurt...dun curse and swear if you dun qualify...there is a thread ICA in SBF...read some of the heart pain and swearing..
