all the prc students i encountered have fair and smooth complexion and some of them have really big and peaky boobs.

If I remember correctly, those rooms are allocated for Master programs students or foreign speaker - cost is around 1.3K per month.

For undergrad students, they are located in the normal 10sqm room.

I used to work in PGP...hehe those were the days....
