I don't think it was the trash bag that caught the reporter's attention. The reporter might just randomly pick from the chicken website or choose the one who previously gave him a bad bonk.

MRT breakdown is no longer a news as it happens almost once every week.

People knows that whoever steps in all the same, the problem doesn't lie with the CEO, but someone higher who insisted the old way of doing things, n the CEO is just a seat holder listening to someone. And the bottom Line is about money making, not serving the public.

The mistakes made by that woman of cutting maintenance has rippled up to today. Using China parts is another issue. So go imagine if HSR between malaysia n singapore are to use china railways parts n construction, u will see much more troubles.

Not surprising many kenna retrenched at SPH and coming soon to Mediacork . They did report but only after the incident was resolved . So how can you trust the official news ?

I won't be surprise even the new HSR will also breakdown and train will stuck on the causeway or kenna struck by lightning .

For 6+ years I used the Beijing Subway and the Tianjin Metro almost daily while I'm in these cities, as well as the high speed rail shuttling between them - nothing ever broke down.

Ya, the trains ordered by smrt made in china have defects n had to be sent back, also for your information, there are reports that these trains are under used as well becos of the high prices.

Likely also the news are covered up even there are problems
