They have those saunas as well, but I believe the costs are around 200 to 300 USD. From what I've heard, you get serviced by 3 women.

That is true During my drive there I noticed numerous vacant houses. I recall there being a second 588 near Yongsam (I might be spelling wrong) station as well. I believe that is what the place is called..

I am not sure on the exact locations, but the district near there. Ask around and maybe some locals can give you directions. I know the korean word for 'girl' is 'yoja', so maybe you can go up to some guy and ask for directions using that. Most people would understand what you're trying to say.
