Sometimes we do have bad experiences. Its inevitable. But there's no reason to call peopl ugly bi**h or other vulgar names. Recently i wrote a negative FR on Eva (Fortune centre thread) and you will see i don't make personal attack on the person (in fact one kind bro just gave me 5 points for that negative FR).

As far a XL is concerned, seems like among the many FRs, urs is the only negative one so you cant blame us - the XL regulars who love their service - if we have our doubts abt the accuracy of ur FR.
