1. 1 hour massage depends on where you go for massage, from Rp 70k (cheapest maybe 50k) to Rp 150k to be exact. Atlanta maybe cost more depend what package you ask.

2. Nope, can be in any duration from 30 minutes to even 3 hours? Some do give discount but some just multiply by hour rate.

3. What type of special? As some bros mentioned, common one:
a) HJ Rp 100k to 300k (some even 400k) depend on your bargaining skills and the girl's mood.

b) FJ Rp 200k onwards (if lucky but seldom, is 150k). Anything more than 500k you better use left/right hand technique or better still book a girl to bonk whole night
