And before I forget, guess what happens when I did my measurements last night?

Weight = unchanged.
Fat % = dropped
Arms = X cm loss
Waist = X inch loss
Thighs = X inch loss
Butt = X inch loss

I think I can fit into my old jeans again liaos!!!
But sadly the weight didn't drop a single kilo leh.

I m a newbie and has read all the swinging parties that u have FR on, they are really amazing, wish I could take part in future. I wanna say that it is a fantasy to many people, me too .

I can only read and fatasise the joy and comfort that all of u are njoying, cos I dun meet your pre requisite. But I will work towards that and hope that I can take part in the future. Currently I am trying to take part in MMF session to gain some exp, but so far no reply, sob sob. But I will not give up.

Pls continue the fun n post FR for us newbies to learn from u guys. Thank you.
