i was there at 51 just now short while. not much 'chai' saw a two to three solid one. one sit with my friend for about 15min but never come back again not even collect tip.

Normally it means but/that/which/who/whose, but in your case she's using it as a filler word, like to emphasied something, quite similar to when we use "lor" at the end of our sentence, but sometimes we use "ma" too, e.g. its like that ma...
