Poor economic times make tougher competition..... harder for WLs to earn and lesser customers gives rise to friction amongst the WLs as they try to grab a share of the pie.

If I am not mistaken.... this is the 3rd time such an incident has happen in just the past year. Both previous incidents at VN houses..... now happen at this LOS house.... lol

i also dunno what price they charge.....i did ask them before is it 40 or 50...they didn't answer...i guess depends on whether the tank if full or empty ?
