You confused HK with SG ? All those reasons you mentioned are applicable in SG under their Womens Charter ...... but HK laws not the same.

The hotel girls on 141, I find the ones around 1.6k to be some of the highest quality around, far higher quality than the Thai, Viet, and Chinese in Singapore.
