I was walking along Jln Sultan 2 weeks ago and saw these 2 guys behaving strangely. One was taking pics with his phone while the other was scribbling something on his notebook. Went up closer and realized they were cops as one was still wearing his police-issued pants and shoes (half-U).
They were taking down the names and addresses of all the shops (as long as got spa/wellness/beauty/massage on the signboards) along the whole stretch of shophouses. Never knew AV also got recce scouts...

I did not know scouts dress in half Uniforms to conduct reccee... That's a give away.

Raids are getting hotter these days. Not only in Singapore but in Johor as well. I called my OKT from Tebrau to book his gal tomorrow and was informed they are taking a "break" for the weekend as info received raid there is very likely to happening.
