A belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all bros in Vietnam!

Need advice from the old timers here, I'm planning to buy a small house/land mid/year end next year and wondering if you guys can give some pointers. I would much prefer a house with a small yard as I'm planning to keep a dog! Tried searching online but couldn't find much information though

It is beside Sheraton Hotel.
If you are facing Sheraton Hotel's lobby, it is on the right side.
It is not along Dong Du.
If you passby the place, sure you will know you are there.
There will be a man stop you and ask you to go in.
You also will see gers calling to you too.
Hope you can find it.

But i still find not worth too ex.

bro...for VND 1.2 mil..she will suck you dry, do you in the balcony if you want and as many rounds as you can go....worth it anot ah???? hahahahahahh this place got no man out side ask you go in....only some gers hanging around outside...looks wise...like any other normal viet ger...but the skill is no horse run...nap shot curry pork.....finger licking good......at least for me lah.....cannot gurantee for the rest of the gers...but my friends hor...next day complain leg and back ache....
