To be very bluntly honest with you, you have no cards (even though you

This is because the guy is a legally registered business, all he has to do is call
up the hosting company and tell them the site belongs to him, they will ask
for prove, he provides the licence number, they will just reset the password.

The only thing you can do is instead of digging a further hole (with the
defamation story), is for you to let the issue go (i know its difficult), but you

Then restart the business under a new name, basically do the same thing you

To settle the issue is very simple, just give him the password and solve everything.

Then he took away all the access of website or blog without my permission as we promised to hand over by end of month

Also he claimed in newspaper that i am not his partner, so if i pass away the last website, there will be abosultely no proof or ways to get back the profit sharing

Today i have just met the MP, Dr Chia at commonwealth, even though he could not help me in this case but he told me something that makes me drop my $5500 profit sharing

Also he promised if that company have issues of employing workers without work permit and i happen to be involve i can seek him for assistance

He told me, if I really want to be a businesssman and be successful in life, this $5500 lesson is something i have to pay and face the fact. Whether to give up or continue in this world is up to me to decide
