For escorts, there's a lot of con shop out there if you're none Japanese (especially the Korean's and their heavily photoshop images). The areas I've had success so far;

1) Club Boo - very decent, very nice but a little expensive (ard $40,000 yen)

there are several soaplands in the susukino area. this is the shinjuku of the north. there is one opposite robinsons(yes) department store. it has a big sign out side with the prices. you can't miss it unless you're blind. there a big sign that say secretaries club upstairs too! along several of the side lanes there are more and some strip joints etc. the train station is susukino.
