Either the person txt to you and your wife same time (I.e. know your wife number of course) or more likely you have use same Apple ID on both phones so all iMessages go to both iPhones.

My friend definitely dunno my wifey's number.
Yes, we used the the same Apple ID on both our iphones.
My wifey received the same txt at the same time.
But that was the only txt she received though...out of the many.
So just curious if it happened to anyone else.
Else, another loophole to get screwed by IPhone?

Txt sent thru SMS would not show up on your wife phone. Only txt send via iMessage ( that means sender is using iphone and enabled iMessage). Simple solution for this. Just go to your wife iphone and disabled iMessage.
