you can marry whoever you like. Just register. then apply for PR for her. it might take a while but you can appeal.

Each time appeal take 6 weeks in which case she need to chop her passport for temporary visit pass or something.

Worse case u go in and out of JB once every fortnight lah.

the approval is from MOM is only formalities since they are WP, they will approve eventually. if u already have a ROM date just let the MOM know its time sensitive.

So long genuine marriage no reason they will reject.

after marriage u can apply LTDP+ so she can work here and the company wun need to pay levy also.
