Every time your ex-spouse lodges a complaint with the Family Courts about non-payment... you will be given xx days to make payment failing which the judge can throw you inside the jail. How many times is dependant on how often your ex-spouse complains to the court.

Of course you will have official record of doing jailtime and not many guys want to return to work because the Courts can direct the employer to withhold the salary to pay to the ex-spouse.

wah meaning if i cant pay go in jail, come out cant pay go in again, and keep on going in for the rest of my life?? wah like that good lor, have record of jail time more hard to find job to pay for the maintenance...i mean we go jail benefits them?

I have quite a few times met ladies that are really nice and wanted to marry but thought of the women charter my balls shrank... Dun dare to marry... But if one day their body clock turned off early and stopped sex... I will be screwed badly... Then it's either i become a monk or cheat outside and have my finances screwed. Think i did pretty well until now refusing to get married.

Why birth rate falling? Have those asking why thought of women charter LOL

They actually made changes to the Women's Charter?

If they can do that then I'm sure they can also amend it to make it fairer for the guys too.

it wouldn't be called the woman charter if it favours a man and so far as i remember, the latest amendments to the Charter were passed in 2011, no change passed since 2011.
