yes bro! generally pratas done by those who wear sarong type will taste especially goot! i think is because of the skill involved in wearing a goot sarong - the twisting, the twirling, the squeezing....will all play a big part when preparing the dough lah, not playing with the jewels underneath the sarong hor.

hahaha! no no sir. that's why when they ask me what curry i want, whether is mutton or fish, i always say fish. you can never be sure if there are additional meatballs (added for flavour) in the mutton curry.

That just a joke,truly speaking the reason for prata to be nice is the preparation process. They put yeast into the dough and let dough to rise.if the timing is not long enough, the prata sheet cannot spread to its fullness. Multiple spreading and folding of prata dough will trap the air in within. This will allow the prata taste with mouth filling texture
