Maybe you can try online to check on how to use nature stuff to clear your backache.I personally have flawless back due to great takin care,thus give me confient of wearing backless clothes,who moii boy totally rawk about it.hehee

As for scars, prolly if it's there for some time already, maybe yes better to go see a beautician for that.. I think Dermalogica is good too...
