nope. its further up from shell station(on the left), somewhat new shoplots with guardhouse/parking system. apparently its still free and no barrier or ticketing.

just be sure park on mainroad or opposite those flats, when kena raid sure hard to come out from that area. keep in mind, roadblocks are frequent 100meters from that area.

Long time didnt visit Kucai lama so decided to check around the place . Went to a few MP to see if there are any new actions but sadly most are not doing well, maybe due to LC . no closed down la, it was raided by MIB 2 weeks ago, I was there with my frds for birthday party. after 2 nites, they all been released.

Went there few times. Stocks are great. The last time was two weeks ago. Tried nan nan but not sure shes still there. Below is my FR:
