assume every month is around S$5500, thats like

18mths x S$5500 = S$99,000

My job is on commission base, thats why it is form initially as partnership

I have groom the business from scratch and my partner took everything away and reluctant to pass my profit sharing

Not only that, after the dispute he threaten to destroy my toy business and make me brankrupcy

I post it over here, is to seek help as I am entering army next month

If you were me, spending 2 years putting your life at risk to earn every single cent, yet dont get paid but threat with regret, how will you feel and do?

As mention, i am only 22 years old and this is my first time facing such epic life moment. I have no peers to seek for help besides me so if you have never face such things please dont comment

Actually you can try to read pages 4 onwards (especially page 6), most of us
are asking whether the 5.5K was for the whole 2 yrs or per month for 2 yrs,
but it seems LovePotion is avoiding the question

For me i think that the 5.5 K should be for the entire 2 yrs, because it
cannot be monthly, so the notion of doing 90 Locks per mth is not credible.

If it is monthly, LovePotion will have an IR8A form that will state the
source of the income, because 5.5K for 12 mths is 66K, more then the
taxable income of 22K/year

This means with the IR8A form, LovePotion can easily prove he was owed
the money, also claim he was a partner in the business, because in the IR8A
there is a section stating the designation in relation to the source of income,
which should be "Director Of The Lock Company".

Sadly i first started to feel sad for TS, but when we probed deeper, he starts
to avoid certain question, so his version is definately no the whole truth.

Like most bros like myself and others who do business, will know what an
IR8A form is, this form is irefutable proof of any income from any company
whether self employed or otherwise.

Looks like this just a way to promote his sex shop, sadly i thought

Also, you openly mention the amount of income you had over the last 2 years, let's just hope you did file your income tax. Else for tax evasion, the penalty amount is 400% of what you didn't pay.

For a $49500/Year income (not including the profit from your sex shop), the taxable income is abt $1.2k/year. Over 2 years, that's $2.4k.
400% of that will be $9.6k. That's if you didn't pay the taxes dued.

As mention it is a partnership and i hold 25% of the profit sharing of net profit

2 years ago, the company only sell 12-15 digital lock per month

Now it have an average of 80-90 locks, and therefore my last month profiti sharing owe is $5500

As partner of the company, i work without a fix salary, if sell more we earn more, of course when we dont sell, we dont earn

Thats why i am so irritated because i am the one who build the volume and do all the hardwork

I am not here to brag but to voice out my encounter plus seeking for advice. Only 10% of the bros here, respone for assistance
