Dude, did you have Zone Alarm firewall? if so either you enable a port forward on it (how to do that, pls consult your manual coz i long long time never touch that ermmz pretty low end firewall liao) or you remove the firewall.

Personally, a professional advice, Zone Alarm is lesser and not as useful as the crappy WinXP SP2 firewall. If you have SP2 activate its firewall if you wanna feel secure. Dun need Zone Alarm at all. In my circle (IT security lah) we laugh at try-hard firewalls like Zone Alarm.

For better personal firewall you have to pay for it. McAfee and norton have a pretty average firewalls. Basically I don't suggest people using personal firewall anyway, they won't defent persistant hackers, and no one will wanna hack your PC anyway. A anti-virus and anti-spyware program is more useful.
