FYI. They cant arrest you even you & your spouse are naked in the car as this's consider that you are in your entitled "private property". In most cases, they'll just stay there to salivate or mildly signal you to leave by stationing their patrol car there. If I"m not wrong, they cannot even come near to your car for questioning UNLESS someone lodge a complaint or you're in the private property area.

Heard from my police pals that many years ago, 1 patrol car ( 2NS policeman & 1 regular) pulled up at East Coast Road to purposedly catch "hot lovers in action". They pulled up along 1 car with the couples making out inside their car and fakedly arrested the guy & dragged him to 1 side taking down details while separating him & his gf while the other 2 took turns to rape the momentarily shocked girl whom is quite lost & embarrassed at that point of time. Needless to say, the couple lodged a complaint & immediate investigation went on. The regular policeman who is the perpetrator of the whole ordeal was arrested, sacked, caned & jailed. The other 1 NS policeman who committed the sick act was caned & jailed while the last NS policeman who did not participate in the act was jailed but was spared the caning.

At that very moment, it was a huge hoo-haas in the police force and the police integrity was severly questioned and the public was very outraged.Hence, from that onwards, strict rules came down that all police patrol cars are not allow to park near nor question any stationary public vehicles to intrude their privacy as stated since that fateful incident. Well...we cannot deny some motherfxxkers policemen will take advantage of the situation by claiming public complaints & walk to your vehicle, but fear not as they cannot arrest you for committing sex in your own vehicle unless you're trespassing into some private property. So...as long as you're in public places even in carparks..you're entitled to your own devices.
