I don't exactly have ed but since passing 40s, erection just not as hard as in the past and morning wood also seem to happen less often. Sometime 3 months ago, i saw a video on doing penis pumping twice daily at 10 mins per session to keep the penis oxygenated more frequently would improve overall erection and decided to try it.

2 months plus now it seem to have improved my hardness quite significantly and there seem to be some girth gain too. And surprisingly morning wood came back more often. Need to empasize though that i exercise frequently and perhaps that's also how it improve back faster.
