i dont understand why must state $$ first, i never. i jus tell them let go dinner/lunch and see if they realy hungry. If they r hungry (food i mean). i jus say ok we tabao some food and eat elsewhere.

Er ... so how much do you usually tip??? If tip 10 dollars, then 10min very good liaoz. If tip 20, just about rite amount of time. If 30 and above, then maybe you can be more demanding.

Lets work it out. Lets assume she stays same amt of time in each rm. If $10, and she stays in your rm longer say 15mins, then max she can get that afternoon is $10X4= $40 ...NO turnover time counted... cannot be rite. IF u tip $20, then she makes $20X4=$80 ..ok ,just about rite. Now IF you tip $30 and above, yes, you can be more demanding ....its all mathematics ..agree?? So she has to be flexible ... spends more time with customers who tip more and lesser in rms which dont. Btw, is there such thing as zero turn-over time in any business???

Ideally, the customers shld be able to guage and vary the tips accordingly. But of cos, just as in any aspect of life, there will always be jokers who tip $10 and demand 30mins out of every 1 hour. I used to be sore about the butterfly time too ..until i work out the maths, then i see it from the gals' POV. So my advise is, if you like the gal a lot, tell her upfront that you like her company and that you will 'take care " of her better if she spends more time with you. Normally, most will take the hint. BUT pls be a gentleman and honour your word if they really stay longer. Dont be a bastard and still tip $10 in the end....sadly a lot of pple are like that.

Normally i just tip on how i feel. She deserves it she deserves it. Else if the service is bad. Long or not long $10 will do fine.
