King of the hill -

Start from the foot of Bukit timah hill, race up as fast as possible to the summit in the fastest time possible.

Winner takes all -

Jalan jurong kecil theres a nature reserve.. and a steep slope
The path from the bottom up is about 300m with an elevation 30 degrees - even cars have problem going up on a full load..

30 mins timer count down, one with the most laps wins.
1 lap is counted from the bottom up only, going down does not count..

Disclaimer..

Everyone can join but for the sake of safety, those without prior fitness training do not attend.. last thing you want is to be hospitalized by thinking with your small head.

Now gizzy choose one and put time put date.
Forfeit you decide.. I've setup the challenge already.

actually we can have best of 2 hor... one event each week..
last one i was thinking of an obstacle course or maybe we do a CF workout like helen -

Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

We sub the KBs for something else

so best of 3..
