Sorry to say that I'm not at all familiar with Songjiang area other than I've brought my pet dog to his Obedience Training School there, and also shopped at Fox Town mall there....
You can always take a cab to Jingan area for recreational activities as posted above by me.....lots of choices to pick from.
Songjiang area (like our Woodlands or Sembawang area) is a suburb area with lots of light industrial areas, residential areas, other than that with nothing much else to offer as compared to downtown area.
