May depend on the location, the spas there are within the private residential area who can afford more. I still believe 50 is the standard HJ rate w roaming.

Few years back still can get 130-150 all in good 30 mins msg+full service, some bros maybe just wish to find that golden egg again and keep risking it instead of just nego-ing up front.
