Bro Ale, the only way to describe is to relate what I did when I was very young working as a child labour. I helped a hawker making fish balls after school. There was no machine at that time. We used hands. I would grab some chopped up fish meat in my palm, close my fingers and then squeeze out a ball from the top of my fist. I need very dextrous movement of my finger muscles in order to squeeze out a round fish ball, and it takes a lot of practice man. Now, donkey years later, this WL is using her octopussy to do the same on my sausage. Wow, what can I say! I can only use a Hokkian phrase to describe it: "Song gao ng zai lang".
