Conditions for sale r as follows:

Buyer 50k upfront to be deducted per session basis.
Seller says, if can't get along or separate for watever reasons, will pay balance back slowly.
If a buyer stupidly or desperately goes for this sale, he would have unknowingly just place his bolls on her hand to be squeezed as she deems fit!
Either buyer is desperate n dumb or seller tinks she's the only avail or last cunt on this planet!

Ok, last arrangements I had with a late 19 year female student are as follows:

1) I paid for all her higher education fees and expenses (laptop, food/clothing/etc). She stays in a girls only dormitory.
2) I paid her a monthly living allowances, plus some for her to give to her mother. For this, I deposited in one lump sum into her bank account, enough to last for two years.
3) I paid for all her holidays with her family, plus expenses to celebrate festivities.
4) She asked for a car (Viva or MyV), but I got her a motorcycle instead as I don't think she can maintain that after our break-up.

In return, she spends time with me whenever I am in town, and staying overnight if it's a weekend. But she has to go back to the dormitory during weekdays.

I don't ask much from her and our understanding was that as soon as she finds someone she thinks she can have a future with, our relationship will end along with everything....and that happened some 8 months back.

If you were here in Sabah, I would most certainly contact you to see what/how we can come to an arrangement as I am in the market for a replacement with basically the same deal as with my last one.
