To her, its probably a friend who kinda likes her wanting to come to her hometown for fun and holidays. To you, if you think you are going there to see if she is marriage material, and she only think you coming to have fun, then better dun spend your money. Get your objective right and let her know what you looking for. Hopefully she is truthful enough to tell you what she thinks and is willing to accept your judgement.

By the way, for the decision to just pack and go with no worries, just like to remind you that only survivors can come here and post. I've been to Shenyang only twice, and truth be told, I think it is relatively safe. But as to why I think you should be careful, I have to say that there are different layers in every societies. Your entry determines which layer you will be mixing around with, and that directly means the people who are going to host you. Say she mix around with bad companies, you'll be more exposed to dangers which you, as non-local, will be unfamiliar and therefore be unprepared to deal with. If your host is say, well-to-do, I can tell you that you will be going to the safest place on earth. But if she is well-to-do, or mix around with good companies, she'll probably be in some university somewhere. You know what I mean? No offence in that bro, I try as much to be objective in my advice.

But do accept the fact that you must make whatever possible decisions thinking of your wellbeing first, then after that consider what you want to get. You make a good decision, be happy about it knowing that your sense is better than your urges.

And I am not just talking about going Shenyang, its also about falling head over heels. I'm sure there are many successful cases of singaporeans guys marrying prc ladies, WL or not. But I'm also sure such cases dun happen within one month.

China is a safe place if you know how to protect yourself.

I, personally went to China, with a PRC who i met at Geylang.
To me, it's to take a short break and go for a holiday with a free "fuck companion"

Stay at her place, she live alone anyway, so no issue with her parents etc.
Went out with her friends, went disco.. Oh, Chengdu is famous for drugs, tried that stuff as well, makes one feel really high. lol
Manage to fuck her friends as well. You be suprise that all her friends are working in the same prositute line as well.

Came back to Singapore a very happy man but with a lighten wallet.

Anyway, spent like $4k over a 10 day period.. Super expensive right ??
If i go do my math, it means i can fuck 40 girls @ $100 each in Singapore with the same amount of money.

SY is fantastic is she is from the 5 main districts, there is many things you can do. 4 courses of shoe polish at 1rmb found mostly on road side. Taxi flag down price at 8rmb. Super foot reflexology and massage at 36rmb. Stay overnight in clean massage centre at additional of 10rmb. Eat original Xingzhiang BBQ 2pcs 1rmb. Take bus at 1rmb to go round the city. They are many things to occupy until you don't want to come home.

Each story is unique and different as it involves person. We can share our experiences with you but dun use it as a "model" for your own situation.

If both of you decide to give it a try, the tough part will be not being able to be there for each other when they are in need.

My GF is feeling a little sick these 2 days, staying alone so all I can do is to ask her to move to her mum's place temporaily to rest.. (In SG, when she wa sick, I bring her to doctor, cook porridge for her, spend the whole day with her hugging and massaging her when she feels sore)

So now she misses me a lot when she is sick and no one has time for her.
