I visited the place this morning. It is my first visit. Impressed with the newness and deco, the first investor must have a great passion in this business, timing is just not correct. It needs a different business model to compete, or rather target the unique customer base. Hopefully the new management could do it....one thing for sure it will be more new gals joining them from one of the Havelock Road Joint....

I couldn't wait for bro Guzzler, so I went down last evening to check the place out. Agree with you that the first investor must have dumped quite a bit of $$$ to renovate the place. Tastefully furnished; neat and clean. The lounge area is a bit cramped though but then you can't expect too much space when it's located in a shopping centre. Balmoral is one example. Marina South has the luxury of space because of its location so we can't compare them side by side. The steam room is working fine and the toilets are clean although a bit wet. I couldn't believe there's even a jacuzzi at one corner in such a tight setting. Now, the gals.

I have no regulars here nor do I want to try the recommendations of bro Scan. So, I just opted for lucky dip and was given Kat. So-so only. Although not exactly a beauty, she made up for it with her friendliness and a good attitude. I wasn't in a good mood because of some problems with a close friend so I told her I just wanted 'peace and quiet' - a good massage and nothing else. She tried to make conversation but when i responded with monosyallabic answers, she left me alone. Her face was still smiling when i got up after the back massage (didn't want to do the front). Decided to give her a small tip for her positive attitude. Guessed she didn't expect any tips from a 'silencer' who hardly uttered more than 5 words throughout the session. I left even before the 45 mins was up as I was still in a foul mood.

Objectively speaking, I did see a few young gals but beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. You have to check them out personally. Last night's crowd wasn't too bad. At least, that's what I saw at the lounge area. If the new management's business model is correct and watch the costs, I believe the new team may actually be able to turn it around into something successful.

As for me, I will be taking a temporary hiatus from HCs until I get things sorted out with her.

I m fully agree with u, I think u r looking thing at a very neutral position,n the opinion that u given here is also quite true, I think most ppl in the tread needs this kind of information,I went there the first time I m impress not the gal but the environment.

There could be some gems out there waiting to be discovered. Just this morning, another samster told me that quite a few young gals from other HCs have come onboard Casanova. Don't know whether he's telling the truth or not. The best way to verify this is to make a trip there and see for yourself. Just a friendly advice here from me. Don't get too personal and emotional with your rebuttals on this thread. If you are clean, you are clean. No justification needed. And definitely, no need to resort to personal attacks.
