There was a few times at toa payoh central bus interchange saw diff ladies dress in black dark dress and boobs shaking (maybe no bra Hahahahaaa) buying lunch at Koufu.
Then one time the woman wear a white shirt over the dark dress.
Their workplace must be nearby possible massage or facial.
