Passion is what makes this man fry and grind his own peanuts while other stalls get their supply from a factory. Passion is what drives this hawker to insist on using the best heh gor (prawn paste) from Penang and making his own chilli. Passion is what causes him to continue toasting his you char kway (fried dough) over a small charcoal fire even when there is an hour long queue of customers waiting to eat his fare.
