In this case we see a Dumbass forgetting the cardinal rule of Thief. COVER YOUR FUCKING FACE!!!! The 2nd rule is look, evaluate, take, and get out of the area and dont come back.

of course there are other things that Stealer can safeguard himself but then its not safe to say here.

Yes you dont have to contend with corridor mounted CCTVs but u have to contend with all the other funky spy device that may be hide in a room.

I presume by cover your face, you'd wear a jacket with a hood.
That's just a basic way of CYA (Cover Your Ass).
THere's a few other ways of CYA. But cant say here or who knows who will learn. heh.

By the way, the average window of opportunity is 20 seconds tops when your dealing with these type of bamboo pole. It increases dramatically when the Victim applies other security feature.
