Dun blame her bro from my understanding she's sharing the phone with her sister so certain timing it's her sister that's using the phone. I forgot wat's the timing already but that's probably the reason why you always cannot get her and the "she not with me" replies.

Why not go to KK first and warded as class C . need 3 k urgently ? i think they would be glad to see your kid ops first. there is a social department next to MCdonald . u can turn to them first for help and to arrange the needfuls.
