No, I did not commit any of the mistakes there, at that time my rep. pts was 16 and rep. power was 0 after look throught point 3 below I PM THAIVISITOR and ask him about this and he reply and ask me to PM the BOSS to ask him and that is when I kena ZAP till -99. I also blur blur ask a question in a very nice way also kena ZAP -99 that I am still waiting a reply from the BOSS.

Bro Nkkgin, do you know that you need at least 10 posts before you can have power, even though if you are more than 15 points. But to know the real exact reason, i think you better PM the boss liao, just wait for his answer lor. I can only up you 1 point here, still very newbie myself.
