Was at level 4 having tea and chatting with friends but real purpose was to find the shop that yuki is in.

I just had a bad encounter with Jia Jia aka Lily earlier.

I was having dinner nearby so thought why not go to Orchard Towers to scout around and either visit Yuki again or try Coco for a 2nd time. When Jia Jia saw me again, her face was super black. I just ignore her and ask Coco to proceed to the room.

Coco told me she normally will start work around 8pm till late night.

Should be the same Lily/Jia Jia. Both her and Yuki used to work in the massage parlour just by the escalator on 3rd floor.
