Since the beginning of this year.... the OKTs have informed the WLs to charge $50 for each session..... however discretion is given to the WLs to offer "discount" to their regulars or others..... thus some retain their old rates of $20, $30 or $40...... so if the WL has never seen your face previously she may quote you the official rate of $50
