Recent East spa FR

I don't have inside info.
But a lot of matters are just common sense.

Zhuhai is just next door to Macau and receive many tourists via Macau.
To cut a long story short it's just not good for international image if there're rampant sex for sale activities around Gongbei.
Also Zhuhai has its own Tourism and other industries sustaining the economy unlike Changping, Dongguan.
