Hi Bro charly2144, sad to read that you didn't managed to go to d sauna place that I've provided d details to you. Maybe my instruction to you may not be clear enough. Stated below should be d situation if you have another chance to visit Zhuhai again.

When you're over at d Jumbo Hotel reception counter, speak to d service staff "Please help me to call this person & tell him to meet me here". Show d service counter gal d name card (which I've provided to you thru' pm earlier on).
When OKT 郭文 (Guo Wen) arrives, you ask d counter gal "Please help me to ask him to bring me to this place". Show d service counter gal d sauna place picture (which I've also provided to you thru' pm earlier on).
If OKT 郭文 (Guo Wen) ask you "For what? or What do you want?", just reply him "Sauna".

You can also use d above method at any hotel service counter if d gal over there able to communicate with you in English language.

Hope my above explanation are clear enough for your next visit to Zhuhai.

Ithink price increase is across the board in China, not only Dongguan or zhuhai. Even the minimum wage keeps increasing the last few years..

Those were the days in Zhuhai.
That time didn't bother to go Changping often also.
Tao Yuan KTV 2-5-8 category hostess too expensive for me.

No doubt.
Market will correct itself.
Punters will come lesser or switch to other Southeast Asia destinations.
From my personal point of view as a cheongster I'll come China lesser and go other Southeast Asia destinations more.

The food prices in China is more expensive than Singapore.

But I guess in the case of the ktv or sauna scene in zhuhai, these people will starve to death if they depend on us singaporean's business. Domestic demand is enough to sustain this sector of the zhuhai economy

Not really, the HKers are a much bigger factor than the Spores as this is in their backyard. And compare to the prices they pay in HK, anything in mainland China is cheap.

Anybody have any more info/insight into this.

Zhuhai is lucky because of its geographical location.
Any cock Mainland swamp next door to Hong Kong and Macau will eventually benefit economically.

Unless Mainland China shuts down Macau's casino industry which is impossible.
With Macau as backing no worries about mass human traffic across Zhuhai.

I've tried the sauna in Sunday Hotel (新地酒店) there 2 months ago and it was good. The price was also very affordable. In my case just 498.
