Delta Spa as I know only provides HJ. Nice place, many outlets all over Jakarta. The ladies wear skirts that are almost unremovable....

Just my take of where I have been. If you want to sing and then bonk - there are a few places you can go.

Diamond KTV - This is Jl Blustru , Glodok Area, behind Mall Lindeteves. On the 7th floor, they also have topless dancing. For about 1 mil, you can bring the lady back, mainly locals.

V2 KTV - This is next to Carrefour Duta Merlin - 1.7 mil per lady, whole night, as many times as you like. They have a bedroom in the karaoke room. Sorry but you still have to pay for the drinks, etc. separately.

Expensive places
Illegals - Hayam Wuruk (Kota area) - I think takeout is 3 mil probably.

Paragon - Hayam Wuruk (Kota area) - opposite of Illegals, probably about the same.

Zen - Menara Thamrin - takeout is 5 mil - but up to you to negotiate. No foreign - only locals.

This is the thing I hate most about cheonging in Jakarta. It's a nightmare for foreigners if you don't bring your passport because the cops will really try to screw you but you're a bit unlucky to get stopped 3 times in one journey!

Local Spa Tips (add room/massage charges that varies with establishments, ranging from 100k to 400k)
Rp100k = SGD 14 (HJ tip in local spa)
Rp200k = SGD 28 (BJ tip in local spa)

and
Rp350k - Rp 600k = SGD 49 - SGD84 (for various local FL or local WL in bordello)
