Jakarta sure do not have the 30 step saunas like Changping, but to be fair Changping is also not the top saunas place; that title would go to Changan in China or BKK in Thailand....for those full service.
But each country would have their differences.
Jakarta would not have the volume of Changping but the fun factor and gfe would much higher compare to Changping.
Changping has the volume and variety but the girls might be a bit more mechanical.
And last but not the least, the girls are a bit darker in Jakarta and the girls are lighter skin in China....
So you have to decide for yourself....

I frequent CP with my fellow buddies and a couple of Aust guys included in there. If U prefer a fairer skin mm, go for CP as they r Chinese gals and can be very yound ones. As young as 18 to mid 20s.
All the usual stuff like bbs, sauna, KTVs and what have u, are all in one small town. So its easy to travel form one to the other.
The service level is super in saunas like the 1 dragon service and so forth. The selection in the KTVs can be in the 100s in the bigger joints.
For gfe, it will depand on the chemistry between you and the mm whether she can click with u.

I've been to jkt some years back and now, all the time cuming to CP as it is more enjoyable to me.

I agree with almost everything you wrote but there a few difference experiences between you and me; like;
I find that CP is a great place to hang out with your buddies, but Jakarta is a place that could cater to the single soul, the lone hunter.
The girls are about the same in term of ages.

I heard that Central park has a gym and the girls there are really fun and easy to get to know...
