10 Storey is on the church side of the MRT.....
16 storey is on the other side where the School track Field is.....
This area is seeing an increase in malayu and Malaysia PRs.
The 3 hexagoan roof top Hawker centre is in 10 storey.
There another hawker centre which sell till late nights near that place. it was recently upgraded.

The bowling Alley already no more there.... now pool and aracde centre... weekends got Young Gals go play pool with BFs......

But this area is not near the MRT and not consider as Tanglin Halt. Its call Maraget Drive... Sunday this area got 2 churchs near the Hawker centre. cn try to beo got chiobus or not.

Actually I still not sure about the history of why got 10 storeys & 16 storeys ... especially when 3 blocks (Blk 80-82) of 16 storeys already so high and still 1 2 build on a hill top? do you know the reason why they dun build that kind of 16 storeys else where in Sg?

ya rite .. I heard that the 3 blocks of 16 storeys got occupied by mostly PRCs .. those 1 2 beo PRCs can proceed to that location ... hahahah

One of the reason why old timer diff 10 & 16.... simply because.. that was the highest storey in both area. ...

another point to look forward to MDIS is taking over the ITE campus beside the mosque.. So look forward to more SYTs and Foregien...

So ITE out, MDIS cuming? Hmmm....many changes in that area these few years. So more young ppl going to be in that area, maybe will make this old estate lively again.

huh? I still dun understand ... What I dun noe is: why they only build 3 blocks [16 storeys] only? somemore .. on the hill top [c'wealth close]. where as the rest of the flats are only 10 storeys high.

Duno why hor ... if they can build 3 blocks of 16 storeys flats on the hill top, why cant they build the rest of the flats [block 84 onwards to 108] into 16 storeys also .. ??
