yea. make sure cbf is decked out in her sports attire. sports bra maybe a lil hard for her to find. we'll rehearse this one day. make sure the cab in 5km away. cordon off shortcuts if neccesary. lol.

my 10km run avg pace is 5-6mins/km, recently just did a 23.47km with and avg pace 7.38min/km

Anyways, if the classes at the gym are 'wtf' for kickboxing. You might wanna join me for Muay Thai one of these days, they're more intensive and definitely less 'wtf'.

Our good friend Boinking, he's definitely up for a LONG RUN.

And yes, how heavy is 7 or 8? lol. I don't do abs on machines so i wouldn't know. Do you attach them to your waist?

Muay Thai? which club you in? i use to boxing at Farrer Park and have friends from muay thai at one tree hill..

the machine its like a chair, and you do crunchers. P.S, thats also the reason why i like to do abs. to maintain my core power. ;P
